Plan & Subscription Manual

Overviewโ€‹

The Plan & Subscription section of the Sira Recruitment System allows administrators to manage features, subscription plans, and transaction history.
This manual provides a detailed guide on how to use the Plan & Subscription page effectively.


Featuresโ€‹

Features List Tableโ€‹

The Features List Table displays all the features available in the system.
Hereโ€™s a breakdown of the columns:

ColumnDescription
#Serial number of the feature in the list.
Feature NameName of the feature (e.g., Email Notifications, Calendar Integration).
KeyKey associated with the feature.
ActionsActions that can be performed on the feature (e.g., Edit, Delete).

Key Actionsโ€‹

A. Add New Featureโ€‹

Purpose: Add a new feature to the system.

How to Use:

  1. Click the Add New Feature button.
  2. Enter the Feature Name.
  3. Select the Feature Key from the dropdown.
  4. Click Save to add the feature.

B. Search Featuresโ€‹

Purpose: Quickly find features by name or key.

How to Use:

  1. Enter the search term in the Search features box.
  2. Press Enter or click the Search icon to filter the feature list.

C. Edit Featureโ€‹

Purpose: Update the details of an existing feature.

How to Use:

  1. Locate the feature in the list.
  2. Click the Actions menu (โ‹ฎ) next to the feature.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Update the feature details.
  5. Click Save to apply changes.

D. Delete Featureโ€‹

Purpose: Remove a feature that is no longer needed.

How to Use:

  1. Locate the feature in the list.
  2. Click the Actions menu (โ‹ฎ) next to the feature.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog box.

Plan Listโ€‹

The Plan List Table displays all the subscription plans available in the system.
Hereโ€™s a breakdown of the columns:

ColumnDescription
Package TypeType of the package (e.g., Standard, Premium).
Periodicity TypeType of periodicity (e.g., Monthly, Yearly).
PeriodicityNumber of periods (e.g., 1 month, 1 year).
Service FeeFee associated with the plan.
StatusCurrent status of the plan (e.g., Active, Inactive).
System ContextContext in which the plan is applicable (e.g., HST SIRA).
FeaturesFeatures included in the plan.
ActionsActions that can be performed on the plan (e.g., Edit, Delete).

Key Actionsโ€‹

A. Create Planโ€‹

Purpose: Create a new subscription plan.

How to Use:

  1. Click the + Create Plan button.
  2. Enter the Package Type, Periodicity Type, Periodicity, and Service Fee.
  3. Set the Status to Active or Inactive.
  4. Select the System Context.
  5. Choose the Features to include in the plan.
  6. Click Save to create the plan.

B. Search Plansโ€‹

Purpose: Quickly find plans by name, type, or status.

How to Use:

  1. Enter the search term in the Search plans box.
  2. Press Enter or click the Search icon to filter the plan list.

C. Edit Planโ€‹

Purpose: Update the details of an existing plan.

How to Use:

  1. Locate the plan in the list.
  2. Click the Actions menu (โ‹ฎ) next to the plan.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Update the plan details.
  5. Click Save to apply changes.

D. Delete Planโ€‹

Purpose: Remove a plan that is no longer needed.

How to Use:

  1. Locate the plan in the list.
  2. Click the Actions menu (โ‹ฎ) next to the plan.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog box.

Transaction Historyโ€‹

The Transaction History Table displays all the transactions related to subscriptions.
Hereโ€™s a breakdown of the columns:

ColumnDescription
Payment CodeCode associated with the payment.
FS NumberFinancial system number for the transaction.
StatusCurrent status of the transaction (e.g., Paid).
Order DateDate when the order was placed.
Service FeeFee associated with the service.
Payment DateDate when the payment was made.
ActionsActions that can be performed on the transaction (e.g., View, Delete).

Key Actionsโ€‹

A. Search Transactionsโ€‹

Purpose: Quickly find transactions by payment code, FS number, or status.

How to Use:

  1. Enter the search term in the Search transactions box.
  2. Press Enter or click the Search icon to filter the transaction list.

B. View Transactionโ€‹

Purpose: View detailed information about a transaction.

How to Use:

  1. Locate the transaction in the list.
  2. Click the Actions menu (โ‹ฎ) next to the transaction.
  3. Select View to see the transaction details.

Best Practicesโ€‹

  • Regular Audits: Review the features, plans, and transactions regularly to ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Clear Naming: Use clear and descriptive names for features and plans.
  • Permission Assignment: Assign only the necessary permissions to maintain security.
  • Monitor Transactions: Regularly monitor transaction history for any discrepancies.

Troubleshootingโ€‹

IssuePossible Cause / Solution
Cannot create a new featureEnsure you have admin privileges. Contact support if the issue persists.
Feature not appearingVerify the search criteria or refresh the page.
Unable to edit featureEnsure the feature is not locked or restricted.
